Refund policy

We currently do not offer refunds or returns. However, we’re happy to provide an exchange within our exchange policy period. If there’s any issue with your order, just reach out to us and we’ll gladly help you exchange the item for the correct size or another available option. 7-Days Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Period:
    Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • We do not accept onsite exchanges, the items must be sent through a traceable courier service.

  • Condition of Items:
    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase:
    A valid Order# / proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 HOURS of purchase, and we’ll make it right.

  • Shipping Costs:
